Advisory Group
The Advisory Group comprises of 7 members who are leaders in diverse fields, which may include architecture and design, construction, development, business, education, law, and media, who promote the mission and objectives of the Festival and widespread public recognition for architecture and design. The Advisory Group is appointed to provide strategic advice and support on the development of funding, program and promotion, and contribute experience, expertise and established links to support the Festival. Creative Directors
The Creative Directors consists of three (3) positions, preferably a multidisciplinary design team, who enters into the agreement with management based upon the common mission and objectives of the Festival. The Creative Directors play the lead role in conceptualising and theming of the Festival, including title, events, speaker selection and subject matter. Application for the role of Creative Directors will be through an Expressions of Interest process, which will open soon. The Advisory Group is responsible for reviewing, interviewing and appointing the Creative Director team.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the Creative Directors, management team, and representatives from each of the Presenting Partners. The Committee will assess and determine all event proposals for inclusion in final the Festival program and organise the opening event.
Presenting Partners
Presenting Partner organisations contributes financially towards the Festival to fund an honorarium for the Creative Directors, opening events, marketing and brand development, and appoints a representative from their organisation onto the Executive Committee. Volunteers
The team of Festival volunteers provides invaluable assistance in the coordination and running of Festival events. There are a variety of roles available for volunteers, and staff will provide training, rosters and volunteer packs and a minimum of two briefing sessions prior to the Festival.
